A fun rebranding of Craigslist, everyone's favorite Brutalist website. Staying true to the Craigslist vibe, my goal was to avoid alienating their existing customer base, reach new customers, and maintain the core focus and purpose for the users.

COLLABORATION

SEARCH3R is a runway capsule collaboration I co-created with Michelle Lesniak (winner of Project Runway, and Project Runway All Stars), and Cassie Ridgeway of Altar Houseline.

“SEARCH3R is driven by her insatiable sense of being; she is delving; she is yearning; she is dividing herself. Her pilgrimage is as boundless as the sky.”

A painting featuring two snakes whose tails curl together to form a double helix. The snakes are curled around a giant cell, which is undergoing cell division. To the left of the cell dividing are three datura flowers. Tangled behind the snakes and the cell dividing are three morning glory flowers and leaves. The painting is in a vintage decorative oval frame and the painting is painted on wood panel.

About ME

A picture of me, Sabrina.

Presently, I am working at Autodesk as an Experience Designer on the Customer Success Innovation Hub.

I pilot experiments aimed at enhancing customer experience and to intuitively streamline processes. The data analysis results from our experiments inform further Autodesk research and development.

My work involves testing ideas, validating or disproving hypotheses, iterating, and sharing insights with other teams at Autodesk. Shared research findings through our experimentation inform discovery, further testing and iteration. By doing so, my team prevents Autodesk from investing in ineffective customer success initiatives, saving the company valuable time, resources, and money.

I have expertise in using Autodesk software applications and integrations for experimentation and utilize internal company platforms, production environments, and third-party applications.

My role on the Innovation Hub allows me to leverage a variety of skills, and my specific expertise lies in creating customer success innovations for Autodesk alongside my team.
